Who we are

PDMPNews (https://pdmpnews.com) is edited and published by Don Vogt through OnePMP. Questions about this policy go to rdvogt@onepmp.com.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply. The form is built with WPForms and delivers your message by email to rdvogt@onepmp.com. We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Analytics

We use the following tools to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are read and how visitors move through them:

  • Google Analytics, connected through Google’s Site Kit plugin.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) to produce heatmaps and session replays.
  • Jetpack Stats, a WordPress statistics service run by Automattic.

These tools use cookies or similar technology and collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location, pages visited, and referring site. They do not receive the contents of contact-form messages. Google, Microsoft, and Automattic process this data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Images and hosting

Images are delivered through Optimole, an image-optimization service, which receives your IP address and browser details in order to serve correctly sized images. The site is hosted by SiteGround, whose servers keep standard access logs (including IP addresses) and run security tools that may set short-lived cookies to block automated attacks.

Cookies

Besides the analytics and security cookies above, WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing rdvogt@onepmp.com.
